Chef Simone visited Turkey in 2015, while he was the Head Chef of a 52 metres Private Yacht crossing the Medeterrenean Sea. 

While the yacht was dock in Gocek, he spent a lot of time getting lost in the beautiful markets of Antalya, tasting all possible kinds of local spices and dry fruits.

Three words to describe the experience in Turkey:  "Feast of flavors"
