Portugal

Portugal means a lot for Chef Simone. One of the best working experience he has done in his career was at "Vila Joya" Restaurant in Algarve back in  2012. That same year Vila Joya, with Chef Dieter Koscina, was nominated the 22nd restaurant in the world.

 

In 2015, he worked at "Gusto by Heinz Beck" at 5* "Conrad" Hotel, in Almancil, Algarve.
