Chef Simone discovered the passion for the culinary art when he was just 15 and, as a real Italian Chef, he learnt the basics of his job from his grandmother.

 

His career started in Italy, where he worked at "Four Seasons" Hotel with Executive Chef Sergio Mei and "Sheraton Diana Majestic", in Milan.

 

In Italy, he also joined his first Michelin Star restaurant at "Devero" Hotel, in Cavenago Brianza.

Three words to describe the experience in Italy: "Home Sweet Home"
