Chef Simone Tognetti has been travelling around the world since 2011, to develop his passion for the culinary art.

He left Italy, his native country, when he was 20 to discover the traditions of different countries such as France, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Kenya, Brazil, Panama, Bermuda, New York and Australia.
