
Tomato
If you think that your tomatoes are already gone, don't throw them away but use them to make a homemade tomato water!
It's easy and it can be used as dressing for fresh oysters, base for gazpacho or base for Bloody Mary's! Don't forget to keep it refrigerated once ready!
Ingredients:
500 g of tomatoes
Remove the core of the tomatoes
Put them in a pan to boil for 10 sec
Add some ice to stop the cooking process
Peel the skin
Put the tomatoes in a blender
Put the tomato juice into a pan
Let it boil for 5 minutes
Put the sauce over a thin towel and place it into a strainer.
Your tomato water is ready!
