Onion 

Have you bought too many onions and now are they too ripe to be used? 

Why don't you create a tasty onions soup instead of throwing them into the garbage?

Ingredients:

1/2 kg of gold onions

10 g of Himalayan salt

1 laurel leaf

3 black pepper corns


 

Put the onions in a pan with a two tablespoon of oil

Onions to be sautéd for 25 minutes

Blend the onions with white wine

Add water enough to cover the onions

Add pepper grains

press to zoom

Let them boil for 1h and a half with low fire
