If you just have a quarter pumpkin left in your fridge and it's about to become too ripe don't throw it away!
Think about a new way to use it!
Spoil your self with a homemade
Pumpkin Chai Latte!
Ingredients:
1/4 whole pumpkin
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of ginger grain
Here is your ripe pumpkin
Remove seeds and skin
Put it in the oven for 60 minutes at 260°
Cut the soft pumpkin and but it into a blender
Here is your pumpkin purée!
Make a chai tea
Add to the tea your pumpkin purée, some ginger grain, a teaspoon of honey and half a cup of almond milk
Let them boil for 5 minutes
Here is your Pumpkin chai Latte!
