ASPARAGUS
Cut off the end of the asparagus
Chop finely the asparagus
Put them in a pan with one chopped onion and two garlic cloves
Leave them in the pan to boil for 10/15 minutes with water
Put everything in a blender and serve your creamy asparagus soup!
