Chilli 

chilly chutney is the best solution to use the bunch of chilly you forgot to have at home!

Think before to trash some food in the garbage!

 

Ingredients:

200 g of chilli peppers

1 brown onion

2 teaspoon of oil

1 teaspoon of vinegar

1 teaspoon of sugar

Get your ripe chilli

Chop it in little pieces

Put it in a pan with chopped onions

Leave it on the fire for 30 minutes

Add sugar and balsamic

Let it rest in a jar and keep it in the fridge!
