Nasturtium

Nasturtiums are the most recognized edible flower. The colored flowers and peppery leaves have made nasturtiums a popular herb. The bright orange and yellow flowers are full of Vitamin C and a great addition to your salads

 

Also nasturtiums leaves are edible. They have a high concentration of Vitamin C and are also a natural antibiotic ideal to treat colds and flu. The peppery flavor makes them a good substitute for rocket leaves.

 

It is suggested to eat one to two leaves three times a day for full benefits.
