Alyssum

Alyssum is a member of the mustard family, its flowers, leaves and steams are edible are used to add extra flavour in salads.

 

The edible leaves have a taste of broccoli while the blossoms are honey-scented.

 

Alyssum is a diuretic and provider of vitamin C.
