Aloe

Aloe is a plant that contains more than 500 species of flowering succulent plants. One of those, Aloe vera, is considered as a wonder plant because of its therapeutic properties

The leaves of Aloe vera are succulent and they can be eaten cooked or raw. The “meat” inside the leaves, as well as the natural gel inside, are edible too. One of the easiest ways of consuming aloe and getting its properties is to make it into a juice. Simply mix the pieces of aloe meat and gel with water and drink it.

Aloe Vera contains over 200 active components including many vitamins like A, B, C, E and it’s one of the few plants that contains vitamin B12.
